GuestInsight is the online guest satisfaction measurement service of Database Sciences, Inc.
Our Commitment to Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us. We hope this statement will help you understand how GuestInsight/Database Sciences collects, uses and safeguards personal information provided to us.
Our clients (Hotels, Resorts, Inns, Restaurants, et. al.) provide GuestInsight/Database Sciences with guest contact data, which GuestInsight/Database Sciences uses to invite guests to complete guest satisfaction surveys, personalize the invitations, and customize the surveys. We only use guests’ e-mail addresses for survey invitations. Furthermore, we do not sell, or make available to anyone outside our organization, guests’ email addresses.
The Information We Collect and How We Use It
Please be assured that all of your survey responses are strictly confidential and only collected for research purposes. Responses are transmitted back to our client, in aggregate, without any personally identifying information attached unless you opt-in to either; a) request to be contacted by our client (e.g. a hotel) to personally discuss your experience, or b) permit our client to contact you about your experience and feedback. Our surveys typically provide an opportunity to opt-in to a) or b).
Cookies
Our site does not use cookies to keep track of returning users.
Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under GuestInsight/Database Sciences control. Information is stored in secure databases protected by firewalls. Our servers are located in data centers that have extensive security systems including biometric access control, security cameras, and on-premise security staff.
GuestInsight/Database Sciences periodically reviews security measures and will prosecute any unauthorized access to our databases to the fullest extent of the law.
