Our proprietary algorithm assigns each of your guests a loyalty strength value, which has 3 key loyalty components "baked in"; the likelihood that the guest will come back; whether they'd recommend your business, and how you measured up to their expectations. Once calculated, we offer you a view of your property both from the perspective of your average FVS, as well as the distribution of FVS across your guest base.
