We view the guest survey as more than just an opportunity to collect information. Our survey software includes connectivity tools that evaluate a guest's responses as they are entered and offer communication options depending on those responses.

Our "Alert" feature has been an indispensable client tool since we launched the service in 2005. During the survey, all guests are given the option to request contact from management. Depending on the guests' survey answers, the wording of that option varies; for example, a guest who has indicated that their stay did not meet expectation might be prompted by "We're sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. May we contact you to discuss your visit?"

For "happy" guests, that wording is changed and those guests are also offered the opportunity to share their comments on a testimonial page that you can link to or embed in your website. Links to individual comments and the testimonial page may also be shared automatically via social media.
