What We Do - Overview

GuestInsight provides Web-based guest satisfaction research services to the hospitality industry. Our clients maintain their competitive edge by always knowing the level of guest satisfaction in their properties.

In real-time, through a secure custom Web site, our clients have the ability to see a snapshot view of guest satisfaction at their property(ies). Our scoring algorithm processes each guest’s survey answers, as they are completed, and tabulates the GuestInsight Scorecard with individual scores for operating areas of a property (i.e. guest services, accommodations, food service), as well as a weighted overall property score.
